The Palm Beach County Woodturners (PBCW) was established as a local chapter of the American Association of Woodturners in 1994. The club was formed to promote interest in woodturning among its members and the community at large. Member's skills are enhanced through club activities and discussions of tools and techniques. All levels of skill are represented in the PBCW. The only consideration for membership in the Palm Beach County Woodturners is an appreciation of turned objects and the desire to share and improve.
