|
The Club Collaborative Event began in June 2002. Each participant was asked to bring an unfinished woodturning to the June meeting. The initial turnings were limited only in that they had to fit into a 6 inch cube. Each participant then drew lots to see which of the Original turnings they would receive to complete. There were no limits on what could be done to complete the turnings. Participants were encouraged to let their imaginations take flight and as can be seen they flew high indeed. The members and visitors present at the August completion of the event voted to award prizes in the nine categories shown below. Each winner received a fifteen dollar gift certificate from Craft Supplies. |
